A little camaraderie may be just what you need to start working towards your goals. Grab a friend for moral support. Your training session will be just as personalized. We each have individual goals we are looking to meet. Your Buddy Up session will allow you to celebrate you and your buddy’s successes during each session.
‘If I only knew back then what I know now’- is often a thought we consider. As a young female, what we eat, how we look, the love of our body, how we include physical activity into daily choices, and how we perform is instrumental to our growth and development. The importance of appropriate training, proper nutrition, and encouragement to stay on the healthy track is one aspect of personal training I love to share. Personalized training plans will be developed specifically to reach the goals that we, as the trainer, the athlete, and the guardian, decide upon.
Children are recommended to exercise for at least an hour each day to promote healthy habits, improve muscle stregnth, posture, and overall wellness. As a youth exercise specialist, the young client will be assessed and provided age and level appropriate training, Gather a group of young athletes together to benefit from these sessions that include a variety of safe, progressive, and fun physical fitness routines.
Stretching coincides with strengthening- but how do we properly stretch? In this session, we will focus on individualized needs for tightness and soreness, injury prevention techniques, as well as overall flexibility.
Bring your child to work(out) day! Sometimes the ability to get a free hour to exercise seems impossible; not if you can bring your young ones with you. These sessions are designed to keep both you and your child moving, while incorporating cardio, strength, and flexibility training.
